T.R.I.P. Trauma Therapy
A different way of understanding trauma.
T.R.I.P. is an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach that helps uncover how unresolved experiences continue to influence the nervous system, emotions, relationships, and physical wellbeing.
By working with one eye open at a time, T.R.I.P. gently reveals different protective patterns that often remain outside of conscious awareness. This unique process helps clients understand the internal conflict between seeking connection and seeking protection, allowing healing to occur with compassion rather than force.

Why I chose T.R.I.P.
I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen—not just for the symptoms they carry, but for the experiences that shaped them. That is what drew me to T.R.I.P. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” it gently asks, “What happened, and how did your mind and body learn to protect you?”
Every person’s story is unique. My role is not to rush the process, but to create a safe, compassionate space where those protective patterns can be understood, honoured, and gradually transformed. It is a privilege to witness clients reconnect with themselves in ways they never thought possible.

Trauma is not only remembered—it is carried in the body, nervous system, and relationships.
Curious whether T.R.I.P. is right for you?
