T.R.I.P. Trauma Therapy
A different way of understanding trauma.
T.R.I.P. stands for Trauma Regulation Integration Process. It is an integrative, attachment-based approach that explores how difficult or traumatic experiences can continue to influence our emotions, relationships, nervous system, and physical wellbeing.
One of the unique aspects of T.R.I.P. is the use of eye-brain techniques, which involve working with one eye open at a time. This can provide different access to emotional responses and protective patterns, helping us explore experiences that may be difficult to reach through conversation alone.

Why I chose T.R.I.P. ?
I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen—not just for the symptoms they carry, but for the experiences that shaped them. That is what drew me to T.R.I.P. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” it gently asks, “What happened, and how did your mind and body learn to protect you?”
Sometimes we can understand our patterns intellectually and still find ourselves reacting in ways we cannot simply think our way out of. T.R.I.P. offers a way to explore these deeper responses with curiosity and compassion, while recognizing that many of our protective patterns developed for a reason.
Every person’s story is unique. My role is not to rush the process or try to “fix” parts of you, but to create a safe, compassionate space where those patterns can be understood and honoured. It is a privilege to support clients as they reconnect with themselves and discover new ways of relating to their experiences.

Trauma is not only remembered—it is carried in the body, nervous system, and relationships.
Curious whether T.R.I.P. is right for you?
